Identify the exact product and customer condition
A brand can sell several products with different promotion rules. Match the code to the actual product, account status, region and payment term you intend to purchase. A code for a domain transfer should not be assumed to apply to a renewal or hosting subscription. Similarly, an offer for a new account may not apply to an existing paid subscription. Read the source record and the provider's current offer page together; a broad coupon headline is not a substitute for those conditions.
Separate the introductory and renewal periods
Find the length of the discounted period and the amount due afterwards. A promotion covering the first payment, first few months or first prepaid term has a different value from a continuing price reduction. Write both totals into the purchase record. If the provider has not stated the renewal amount, treat it as unknown and ask before paying. Do not calculate a multi-year saving by assuming an introductory price will repeat indefinitely.
Compare the final payable amount
Select the intended plan and billing period before trying the recorded code. Check whether taxes, required extras or currency choices change the total. Confirm that the code was accepted and that the reduction applies to the intended line item. A success message by itself is insufficient if the payable amount did not change. SaaSFolio source checks establish what a page reports; they do not prove acceptance for your account or replace the provider's checkout confirmation.
Review cancellation and refund conditions
Read the cancellation route, refund eligibility and deadline independently of the coupon. A trial deadline, subscription cancellation date and refund window may be different events. Keep enough time to export information or move a domain if you later choose another provider. Do not infer a refund promise from the existence of a discount. If the conditions are important to the purchase and the page is ambiguous, obtain clarification from the provider and retain it with the order record.
Report the condition that failed
If a code does not work, record the product, plan, billing period and the provider's explanation. The code may be expired, restricted or incompatible with another offer; those are different corrections. Use the report link on the SaaSFolio offer page to include the affected listing automatically. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive checkout screenshots. A useful report helps review the exact claim without exposing private account information.
